Rates are simple and affordable, and provide the flexibility to decide which features are important to you. Our privately-owned venue keeps restrictions minimal and always tries to accommodate special requests. But if you are looking for recommendations, we are always here to help with information!

Free parking is available in several city lots nearby, along with plenty of free on-the-street parking.

- No exclusive caterers — you may use caterer of your choice, or even self-cater with family and/or friends with no additional upcharge
- Alcohol service allowed with OLCC-licensed server; no corkage fee
All daily rentals include access for the entire day for set-up purposes (entrance as early as 9 AM), with the event to be held during any six-hour block of time on that day, ending by 10 PM. Additional hours after 10 PM are available on an hourly basis. Events held Monday – Thursday also available on an hourly basis with 3-hour minimum, in addition to daily rental.
